RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your Mama & Baby Stocking Set! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at babybumpstocking@gmail.com:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping address
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Mama & Baby Stocking Set arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs

We take great care in packaging and quality control, but if something goes wrong, we'll make it right immediately.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We'll inspect it to ensure it meets return criteria
  • Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been:

  • Used, washed, or altered
  • Damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Purchased more than 30 days ago

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement:

  1. Return your original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you'd like

This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package using the provided tracking number
  • Requesting signature confirmation if concerned about theft
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly if your package shows delivered but you haven't received it

We're happy to work with you and the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.

Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season (November 15 - December 31), we extend our return window:

  • Items purchased during this period may be returned until January 31 of the following year
  • All other return policy terms apply
