Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Where do you ship from? All orders ship from California, USA.

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 5 - 7 business days. During the holiday season, we recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery for your celebrations.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, but please e-mail us for delivery time estimates to ensure we get it to you in time.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas? For guaranteed Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by 12/10. Orders placed closer to the holidays will ship as quickly as possible, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to love your stocking set! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I initiate a return? Simply email us at babybumpstocking@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Do you offer exchanges? If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at babybumpstocking@gmail.com with photos, and we'll send you a replacement right away.

What if my stocking arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but if your stocking arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
